2. Legal Compliance & Intellectual Property

**All EVE Online-related content, including but not limited to game data, names, images, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of CCP Games.** Eveazon is an **independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CCP Games.**

**Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations**, including but not limited to:

Eveazon **is not responsible for any damages resulting from third-party services, API failures, or cybersecurity threats** beyond our reasonable control.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the following jurisdictions:
